The new patient exam involves health history, range of motion, and orthopedic and neurologic testing. I need to do an assessment to determine the best course of treatment. Treatment includes traditional chiropractic adjustments or instrument adjusting (whatever you prefer). Manual therapy and some modalities may also be included.
